Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals who have bought or sold a home with the Nathan Clark Team. Employees of the Nathan Clark Team, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not eligible to enter. The Nathan Clark Team reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may request proof of purchase or sale with the Nathan Clark Team.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must record and submit a video about their experience of working with the Nathan Clark Team via the competition page at https://story.nathanclarkteam.com/share. Videos should share the participant’s personal story of working with the Nathan Clark Team, following the judging criteria outlined below. All entries must be received by Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT. No purchase is necessary to enter or win—however, eligibility is restricted to past clients as stated above.

3. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of $5,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no alternatives will be offered beyond the stated amount. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by the Nathan Clark Team based on the following judging criteria:

Give Us The Full Story – Walk us through what actually happened and how you felt at each stage, including those moments when having guidance from an agent really mattered.
Share Specifics – Include specific details such as “when the buyer’s financing fell through” or “navigating that multiple-offer situation,” not just “there were challenges” or “the market was crazy.”
Think About What You’d Tell A Friend – Share what you’d tell your neighbor about choosing the right agent—what actually mattered versus what you thought would matter going in.

The Nathan Clark Team’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Competition Start and End Dates

The competition will open on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, and will close on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm EDT. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

6. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from September 9, 2025, to September 29, 2025, which includes the entry period, judging, and winner announcement. The winner will be announced on Monday, September 29, 2025.

8. Rights to Use Entries

By entering, participants grant the Nathan Clark Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish their submitted video in any media for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes, without further compensation. Participants confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content included in their submission, and that all individuals appearing in the video have given consent.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for the competition will be used solely for administering the competition.

10. Disqualification

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Nathan Clark Team.

11. Liability Disclaimer

The Nathan Clark Team accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors, internet issues, or any other reason beyond our control. By entering, participants agree to release the Nathan Clark Team from any liability arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
